Duong Chan Hotel

Duong Chan Hotel is Absolutely Amazing. Hotel location is really good and there is so many things close by from fast food takeaway, attractions, bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is really good with a great selection and certain dishes rotated each day for variety. The staff are so welcoming and helpful every morning it's the perfect way to start the day. I also went to the same restaurant for lunch and the menu was really well priced and the dishes I ordered were very tasty. There is an in house Spa with a wide selection on what style of massage and trearments you would like at very affordable prices followed by an additional discount for guests. I have been most days and highly recommend. Rooftop pool is sensational and feels on top of the world. The level above the pool is another restaurant and bar where they made Amazing Cocktails that we got served poolside and then also went up to bar for more Cocktails and spectacular views. Same again Staff were so nice and made the experience so pleasurable. Room was everything you would want being very clean with latest amenities very stylish and comfortable. I counted over 7 different power outlets alone not including the 2 individual usb ports which are always good for any traveller. Spacious room with excellent views from My balcony and the room service menu was really well priced and also very delicious. If You are coming to Phnom Penh I highly recommend making Duong Chan Hotel the place to stay it to will be a highlight of your stay.

Wonderful hotel! We had a late flight into Phnom Penh so we used their airport shuttle($20). Driver was waiting for us and we had a good drive to the hotel. Quick and easy check-in with wonderful people working the desk. Our stay was comfortable and clean. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Loved the pool! Dinner at the rooftop bar at sunset was nice. Checkout was easy and efficient (note that you pay $50 cash at check-in as a deposit, so it will take a few minutes at checkout for them to check the room -did not take long). If ever in Phnom Penh we will definitely stay here again.

Really nice place to stay to relax for a few days. Their gym is okay, sauna/steam room was nice and the pool is good. Staff are friendly and room is very spacious. Also plenty of food options nearby.

If a room is available, book it now! Then come back and read my review. I cannot fault this place, the beautiful smell when you walk into the lobby, you never need to carry your own bags. The room is large, with lots of storage, comfortable beds and pillows, very large safe (great for laptops) stunning bathroom, nearly as big as the bedroom. Large walk in shower, large bath, large vanity unit with plenty of space to put your toiletries. Breakfast is buffet with eggs cooked to order. Lovely restaurant with piano music in the background, very relaxing. We also ate in the restaurant one night, steaks were wonderful. The pool is gorgeous and sun loungers are very comfortable with plenty of shade or sun. Roof top bar has stunning views over the city with gorgeous sunset. Happy hour 5-7 to see sunset is a must, the cocktails are delicious! Snacks are also available at happy hour. Spa was lovely too. Then the staff, polite, attentive, constantly making sure everything is immaculately clean. How this isn’t a 5 star hotel I do not know. Well done team Duong Chan!

The hotel is relatively new therefore all facilities were immaculate. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Air con worked well and bathroom facilities were also good. Robe and slippers were a nice touch. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. Not a huge range of food but enough choices for both Asian and Western guests to be satisfied. The pool area was lovely, with great views. I ate in the restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. I have been travelling in SE Asia for 3 months and this has been my favourite hotel so far.
